Payton Washington – Baylor
Washington, a junior top and tumbler from Round Rock, Texas, competed in nine heats and team event for Baylor this week, recording a 10.0 in open tumbling and a 9.90 in seven-element acro, synchronized pyramid and open toss.
Specialist of the Week
Angelica Martin – Oregon
Martin, a sophomore base from Wilmington, Delaware, was a star in the acro event for Oregon this week, helping the Ducks to scores of 9.95 in both the five-element and seven-element heats.
Freshman of the Week
Mo Arthur – Baylor
Arthur, a base from Owensville, Mo., competed in eight heats and team event for Baylor, helping the Bears to two scores of 9.95 in the five-element acro and inversion pyramid heats.
Athlete of the Week
Taryn Laurence – Fairmont State
Laurence, a senior top and tumbler from Euless, Texas, competed in 12 heats and team event for Fairmont State this week. Her performance was headlined by a 9.90 in compulsory toss and seven-element acro, and a 9.85 in inversion pyramid. She also turned in a score of 9.775 in the aerial tumbling pass.

Raena Rost – Augustana
Rost, a senior base from Madison, S.D., was a standout in the pyramid event for Augustana, recording a 9.95 in the open heat and a 9.80 in the inversion heat.
Freshman of the Week
Ady Rothermel – Gannon
Rothermel, a base from Wernersville, Pa., competed in eight heats and team event for Gannon. Her performance included a trio of 9.90 scores in the compulsory pyramid, compulsory toss, open pyramid.

Ainslee Taylor – Concordia-Wisconsin
Taylor, a senior base from Alto, Michigan, competed in 12 heats and team event for Concordia this week. Her performance was highlighted by a 9.90 in open pyramid and a 9.55 in compulsory pyramid.

Gabby Dixon – Concordia-Wisconsin
Dixon, a junior base from Elkhom, Wisconsin, was a standout in the pyramid event this week. She led the Falcons to a score of 9.90 in the open pyramid heat and a 9.20 in the synchronized heat.
Freshman of the Week
Frankie Evitch – Concordia-Wisconsin
Evitch, a base from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, competed in 11 heats and team event for Concordia this week. She helped the Falcons to a 9.90 in open pyramid and a 9.55 in compulsory pyramid.
Athlete of the Week
Olivia Sison – Coker
Sison competed in 12 heats, including the team event in Coker’s win over Belmont Abbey last week, setting three season-high scores. She set season-high scores in toss heats 2 and 3, scoring 8.85 out of 9.40 in heat 2 and 9.40 out of 9.90 in heat 3. She then set a Coker season-high score of 9.200 out of 9.55 in the duo tumbling heat while the Cobras scored a season-best 53.475 out of 56.00 in the tumbling event. Sison also posted a tumbling open pass score of 9.625 out of 10.00. Coker opened the meet by winning all four compulsory heats, including a season-high tumbling score of 8.60. She also helped the Cobras to a score of 9.50 out of 10.00 in acro heat 3.

Zoey Franklin – Lander
Franklin was solid for Mars Hill in the pyramid event as the Lions defeated Converse and Newberry. The Lions had start values of 10.00 in all three heats as Franklin helped the Lions score 9.80 in pyramid heat 1, 9.40 in heat 2 and 9.90 in heat 3. Mars Hill set the program record with a pyramid event score of 29.10, and for the third straight meet, the Lions improved their program record score in heat 1. Heats 2 and 3 also set program highs.

Taryn Laurence – Fairmont State
Laurence, a senior top/tumbler from Euless, Texas, competed in 11 heats and team event for Fairmont State last Monday, recording seven scores of 9.55 or higher. Two heats scored a 9.90. She helped the Falcons to the highest event acro score with a 9.9 and highest tumbling score with a 9.775. Helping the falcons to a season high of 267.140.
Specialist of the Week
Eleanor Ohngren – Frostburg State
Ohngren, a senior base/top/tumbler from Ferndale, Michigan, helped the Bobcats to a season-high score of 29.00 in the Pyramid Event during their 246.855-244.785 win over Presbyterian. She helped score a 9.70 in Pyramid Inversion, 9.50 in Pyramid Synch, and a 9.80 in Pyramid Open.
