Gymnast of the Week
Avery Neff – Utah
Neff secured her fifth all-around title of the season with a score of 39.650 after the four events. The sophomore added two event titles with a 9.95 on the uneven bars and the balance beam, plus scoring a 9.875 on vault and floor. She has collected 19 of her 27 career wins during the 2026 campaign and ranks in the top 10 nationally in the all-around (fourth), vault (seventh) and bars (ninth). Neff has been recognized as the league’s top gymnast six times this season, tying the most times honored in a single season by a Big 12 gymnast since Maggie Nichols in 2020.
Specialist of the Week
Kiley Rorich – Denver
Rorich’s season debut on floor was monumental for the senior as she powered through the routine as the music cut out halfway. Despite the lack of audio, her performance earned a 9.900, setting a career-high and marking the highest score by a Pioneer in the rotation during the dual against Utah. Rorich also tallied a 9.850 on bars. This is her second overall Big 12 honor after earning the newcomer weekly award in 2023.
Newcomer of the Week
Sage Curtis – Utah
Curtis set a career-high 9.925 on floor at Denver to tie for second. It was her fifth time performing in the Red Rocks’ rotation and surpassed her previous record of 9.90. The freshman helped the Utah lineup score a 49.450 to secure its second Big 12 regular season title with a 197.200-196.100 victory over Denver.

Serena Mullin – New Hampshire
Mullin recorded a 39.175 to win the all around in a tough four-team field. The senior also tied for the team’s high score and equaled her season high on vault for second straight meet. In addition, Mullin earned three scores of 9.800 or higher for the second straight meet and the fourth time this season.
Specialist of the Week
Isabella DeCroo – Towson
DeCroo set a new career high on floor with a 9.900 on Sunday’s meet after previously tying her career-high on Friday’s meet. The graduate student earned her first victory on floor this season on Sunday. In addition, DeCroo earned her fifth 9.8+ vault score, just .025 shy of her. career high.
Rookie of the Week
Natalie Lindgren – Towson
Lindgren set new career highs on bars in both meets this week. The freshman also earned a new career-high on floor with her fourth and fifth 9.8+ scores of the year on floor. In addition, Lindgren has competed in three events in each of the last five meets, earning over 29 combined points in all five.
Rookie Specialist of the Week
Jocelyn Lannon – Towson
Lannon tied her career high 9.875 on vault at Friday’s meet. The freshman also earned her third victory on vault, all coming in the month of February. Lannon has notched at least a 9.800 on vault each of her last five meets.
Gymnast of the Week
Sophia Dewar – Brown
Senior Sophia Dewar (Chula Vista, Calif.) of Brown University tied her career-high on floor and captured first place in two of her three events to help the Bears post the sixth-highest team score in program history (194.900) against SUNY Cortland. Her performance on bars also contributed to a 48.875 team total on the event, the eighth-best score in program history. Dewar’s consistency and composure across all three events were instrumental for the Bears this week.

Anna Lacey – West Chester
Senior Anna Lacey (Bethlehem, Pa.) of West Chester University continues to shine in her return to competition this season. She delivered another outstanding meet, earning a season-high 9.700 on balance beam and a 9.825 on floor exercise to claim the event title. After being sidelined with an injury for the past two years, Lacey’s return to the lineup has been nothing short of remarkable. Her resilience, leadership, and competitive fire have made an immediate impact, helping lead the Golden Rams to a season-high team score of 193.175.
Newcomer of the Week
Ashley Stafford – Yale
First-year Ashley Stafford (San Clemente, Calif.) of Yale University turned in a standout performance at NC State, tying for second on vault with a career-high 9.850 and sticking her front handspring font tuck half. Stafford has been a key contributor to Yale’s vault lineup this season and helped the Bulldogs achieve a program-record 48.900 on the event this week.

Luciana Alvarado-Reid – Central Michigan
Alvarado-Reid has earned her fourth MAC Gymnast of the Week honor this season, the league announced on Tuesday. The senior from Cartago, Costa Rica, was key to the Chippewas’ win over Northern Illinois on Friday, claiming the highest MAC all-around score of the week at 39.500. She took home the title for beam (9.925) and vault (9.825)—her ninth career beam title and fourth career vault title. She also achieved a 9.925 on bars and a 9.825 on floor. Her 39.500 all-around score was her highest all-around of the season and second-highest career all-around score.

Lia Kmieciak – Central Michigan
Kmieciak received her third MAC Specialist of the Week honor. She went two-for-two in Central Michigan’s dual meet victory against Northern Illinois. The graduate student tied her career best on bars for the title with a 9.950 and achieved a 9.825 tie for the vault title.

Taylor Ingle – Southeast Missouri State
For Ingle, the award marks the fourth-straight week she has garnered the league’s top award after she won the all-around title last week against Long Island. Ingle turned in a 39.025 edging out LIU’s Raphaelle Perreault (39.000) in what was Ingle’s 23rd-straight all-around competition. Taylor captured the event title on vault with a 9.825, bars with a 9.725, took eighth on beam (9.625), and tied for third on floor with another 9.825. The event title on vault marks her third-straight week capturing the vault title.
Co-Performances of the Week
Sophia Isbell – Texas Woman’s
The Pioneers competed in their second home quad meet of the season on Feb. 27 against Florida, Arizona State and Fisk. Isbell competed on vault, beam and floor. Her Performance of the Week honor was highlighted by a career-high 9.9 on beam, where she finished sixth behind Florida competitors. The award marks Isbell’s fifth weekly honor of the season and the ninth MIC weekly award for the Pioneers this year.
Ally Lau – Illinois State
Lau put together a pair of masterful performances for the Redbirds on beam last week, with a pair of top two finishes. On Friday at Eastern Michigan, she scored a 9.850 to place second overall, but that was not her best performance of the week. On Monday against Northern Illinois, Lau scored a career-high 9.900 on beam to win the event and help the Redbirds to a team victory over the Huskies. The 9.900 is the highest individual event score of the season for any Redbird gymnast and bested her previous high of 9.875 on beam.
Newcomer of the Week
Mia LeBlanc – Illinois State
LeBlanc continues to impress in her first season with the Redbirds. She had a pair of strong performances last week, with a pair of Top 3 finishes in a win on Monday and a second-place finish in the all-around on Friday at Eastern Michigan. In ISU’s home win over Northern Illinois, LeBlanc tied for second on floor and tied for third on the beam to help the Redbirds pick up the win over the Huskies. Then on Friday, LeBlanc competed in the all-around for the first time in her career (and first Redbird to do it this season) and finished in second place overall with a 38.675, with her best finish coming on the vault.
Coaches’ Choice Award
Courtney Woods – Illinois State
Woods was selected for Coaches Choice Award, which is awarded weekly to student-athletes who demonstrate exceptional leadership, team spirit, and performance. Selected by conference head coaches, the award highlights athletes who overcome adversity or contribute significantly to their team’s culture. Last week, Woods put together a pair of strong performances for the Redbirds against Northern Illinois and in the Eastern Michigan tri-meet, with her best score of 9.850 on beam on Saturday to post a season high.

Niya Randolph – Southern Utah
Randolph continued her dominant junior campaign with a nearly flawless all-around performance, capturing first place with a 39.450. She scored a 9.875 on vault, 9.875 on bars, 9.800 on beam, and a 9.900 on floor to lead Southern Utah from start to finish. Randolph tied for second on vault, claimed first on bars, and won the floor title while helping the Flippin’ Birds set a new MPSF vault record. Her consistency across all four events played a pivotal role in extending the team’s lead each rotation and keeping Southern Utah perfect in conference home competition.

Mia Hampton – Southern Utah
Hampton delivered a career performance in the win, highlighted by a career-high 9.925 on beam. The sophomore also tied for first on bars with a 9.875 and added a 9.850 on floor, providing critical scores in the middle of the lineup. Her poise and precision helped fuel the team’s momentum throughout the meet, solidifying her impact as one of the conference’s top specialists.

Berlin Hall – Southern Utah
Hall continued her impressive freshman season with a strong 9.850 on floor to help close out the meet. Competing with confidence beyond her years, Hall’s poised routine contributed valuable points in Southern Utah’s season-best team score. Her continued consistency has made her a key contributor in the Flippin’ Birds’ lineup and one of the conference’s standout freshmen.
All-Arounder of the Week
Maggie Slife – Air Force
* Scored a league-best 39.425 in the all-around to win the title in a dual meet at MW-foe Utah State.
* Scored a league-best 9.925 on vault to capture her second of four individual titles against the Aggies.
* Scored a league-best 9.900 on bars for her third of four individual titles at Utah State.
* Also competed on beam and floor in Logan, finishing with a share of the floor title with a 9.850 and a 9.750 on beam.
* Slife has tallied 31 weekly awards this season.
Freshman of the Week
Sophie Patterson – San Jose State
* Scored a 9.925 on beam to finish second on the event in a tri-meet at Sacramento State with Cal.
* The 9.925 was the highest mark by a freshman on any event in the Mountain West this week.
* Patterson repeated as Freshman of the Week and has now won the honor four times this season.

Kayla Gleason – Brockport
Kayla had a big day on both the balance beam and the floor exercise for the Golden Eagles in their final dual of the season. She helped boost the team’s final score to a 192.400 for the dual victory against Greenville. On the balance beam in the third rotation, her routine was awarded a 9.750 to set a new career-high on the event. Gleason was tied for second on the beam at the meet but didn’t stop there. On the floor she posted another career-high, hitting a 9.850 to tie for first place in the event.

Kailin Chio – LSU
LSU’s Kailin Chio, a sophomore from Henderson, Nev., collected five event titles and a pair of 10.0s in the win over No. 3 Alabama and the victories at the Podium Challenge against Alabama, No. 17 North Carolina and Arizona. In Friday’s meet against the Crimson Tide, Chio won the all-around with a 39.800 along with event titles for vault (9.975), beam (10.0) and floor (9.975). At Sunday’s quad meet, she posted another 10.0 on beam to take first place and finished second on bars with a 9.95.

Skye Blakely – Florida
Florida’s Skye Blakely, a sophomore from Frisco, Texas, earned two event titles in the quad meet win over Arizona State, Fisk and host Texas Woman’s. Blakely recorded her first career 10.0 on the balance beam, becoming the second gymnast in the nation this season to earn a perfect score on the apparatus. She also captured the top spot on bars with a 9.975.
Freshman of the Week
Mackenzie Estep – Oklahoma
Oklahoma’s Mackenzie Estep, a freshman from Auburn, Wash., registered a career-high 9.975 on floor to win the event title in the win over No. 15 Auburn. Estep also tied for third place on vault with a 9.90 and tied for sixth place on bars with a 9.875 to help the Sooners earn their second consecutive SEC regular-season title.

Elaine Copeland – UW-Whitewater
Copeland won a pair of events to lead the Warhawks’ to a team score of 194.025 – the second-highest in program history on Feb. 28 against Hamline University (Minn.). Copeland claimed gold with a career high 9.825 on the uneven bars – ranked fourth in the UW-Whitewater record book on the apparatus. She added a second top finish with a 9.775 on the floor exercise. The Warhawks recorded top 10 team totals in the program record book on the bars and floor led by Copeland’s performance.

Linnea Vasali – UW-Eau Claire
Vasali made her mark in the UW-Eau Claire record book during the week, tying the program’s second highest individual beam score with a 9.800 performance. Vasali took first on the beam in a triangular against UW-La Crosse and Winona State University (Minn.) amongst 18 competitors on the beam.
