ASUNCIÓN, Paraguay (August 12, 2025) – Natalie de la Rosa (Woodland Hills, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics), Kennedi Roberts (North Richland Hills, Texas/Southlake Gymnastics Academy) and Ryan Maccagnan (Colorado Springs, Colo./Merino Trampoline Gymnastics Academy) each claimed gold medals and automatic berths to the 2027 Senior Pan American Games Tuesday as Americans won seven medals on the second day of gymnastics competition at the 2025 Junior Pan Am Games.

Led by Maccagnan and Roberts’ gold medals in the individual trampoline finals, which earned them both an automatic spot to the 2027 Pan American Games in Lima, four of the country’s medals came from the trampoline delegation Tuesday. Maccagnan won individual men’s gold with a 58.800 while Roberts did the same in the women’s final with a 53.240.

Earlier in the day, Maccagnan clinched synchronized men’s gold with partner Taj Gleitsman (Salt Lake City, Utah/Wasatch Trampoline & Tumbling) with a 51.130. Roberts and Logan McCoy (Highlands, N.J./North Valley Gymnastics) earned women’s synchro silver with a 46.850 behind Canada (47.600). McCoy also placed eighth in the individual women’s final with a 24.270.

De la Rosa topped the rhythmic all-around podium to win gold with an overall 101.400 Tuesday afternoon to secure her 2027 Pan Am Games berth. She also was top qualifier in clubs with a 26.200 and second qualifier on ribbon with a 24.700. Teammate Anna Filipp (Porter Ranch, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics) claimed the all-around silver medal with a 99.400, aided by a top qualifying spot on ribbon (25.250) and qualifying in fourth place on clubs (24.500).

The Junior National Group won the final medal of the night, securing all-around silver with a 44.250. The group of Alana Hirota (West Hills, Calif.), Nina Keys (Porter Ranch, Calif.), Ziah Khan (Irvine, Calif.), Leyla Kukhmazova (Porter Ranch, Calif.) and Sasha Kuliyev (Granada hills, Calif.) also advanced to the 10 clubs final in second with a 21.100.
