ASUNCIÓN, Paraguay – The United States will send 19 athletes to compete in artistic, rhythmic and trampoline and tumbling competition at this year’s Pan American Games August 11-22 in Paraguay. The U.S. collected 29 medals across all disciplines at the Games in 2021, so sights are set high for Asunción.
Fresh off her win at the U.S. Classic Presented by Saatva, Lavi Crain will lead the junior women’s team that includes U.S. Classic all-around silver and bronze medalists Charleigh Bullock and Kylie Smith, and U.S. Classic floor exercise silver medalist Addalye VanGrinsven.
Each member of the U.S. junior men’s team earned medals at the 2025 Men’s Development Program National Championships: four-time gold medalist Dominick Camarena; floor and still rings champion William McCrea; all-around bronze medalist Jason Hao; and pommel horse and rings silver medalist Nixon Miles.
In their first international foray since winning a historic team silver medal at the Junior World Championships in June, Natalie de la Rosa, Anna Filipp and the Junior National Group are set to compete at the Junior Pan Am Games in August.
Filipp and De la Rosa, who also won hoop bronze at Junior Worlds, will take on individual competition, while the Junior National Group of Alana Hirota, Nina Keys, Ziah Khan, Leyla Kukhmazova and Sasha Kuliyev will vie for group medals.
The U.S. trampoline and tumbling program will send four gymnasts to Paraguay. 2025 U.S. trampoline bronze medalist Ryan Maccagnan and Taj Gleitsman, making his international debut, are entered in men’s competition, while 2025 U.S. double mini champion Kennedi Roberts and 2025 U.S. synchronized trampoline bronze medalist Logan McCoy compete on the women’s side.
