INDIANAPOLIS (May 11, 2026) – The U.S. men’s program has announced the five-man roster of seniors set to defend their 2025 team title at the 2026 Pan American Championships June 17-21 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

This year’s Pan American Championships team was selected following the Men’s National Team camp this month in Colorado Springs. The team bound for Rio features Olympian and 2026 American Cup team silver medalist Yul Moldauer; 2025 World pommel horse bronze medalist Patrick Hoopes; 2025 U.S. horizontal bar champion and 2025 Senior Pan American Championships team champion Taylor Burkhart; 2026 Cottbus World Cup still rings bronze medalist Kameron Nelson; and 2026 Winter Cup floor exercise bronze medalist Riley Loos.

Donnell Whittenburg will join the team in Brazil as the traveling replacement athlete, with Brandon Dang the non-traveling replacement athlete.

The 2026 Senior Pan American Championships serve as a qualifying event for the 2026 World Championships in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and the 2027 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.
