INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (October 24, 2024) – The USA Gymnastics for All GymFest is headed to Waco, Texas June 25-28 in 2025. In total, nearly 500 athletes will participate in the event hosted at the Waco Convention Center.

At the 2025 USA Gymnastics for All GymFest, competition will include TeamGym and Acrobatics and Tumbling. TeamGym competition will feature squads comprised of six to 12 members performing three events – a group floor exercise, an all-around group trampette routine consisting of vaulting and mini-trampoline passes and group tumbling. In Acrobatics and Tumbling, athletes will compete in pyramid, toss, acro and tumbling, and a group team event. The Acrobatics and Tumbling program serves as the developmental program for the college varsity team sport of the same name.

Athletes also have the opportunity to participate in performance-based activities including Group Performances and the Gym for Life Challenge – an event where groups have their routines evaluated for bronze, silver or gold awards, and multiple teams can achieve each status. These events are the lead up to the World Gymnaestrada and are designed for the enjoyment of the participants and audience rather than competitive achievement.

Gymnastics for All, also known as group gymnastics, includes competitive and non-competitive opportunities and also features a division for gymnasts with special needs who compete as part of the HUGS Program (Hope Unites Gymnastics with Special Athletes).
