U.S Garners Four Medals On Final Day of IAGC
24-Sep-05 – Nani Vercruyssen (Honolulu, HI) and Alexandra Stallons (Rockford, IL) provided the gold for the U.S. in the final day of the International Age-Group Competition in Eindhoven.  Vercruyssen won 13-14 Girls Double Mini, while Stallons took first in 11-12 Girls Tumbling.  Winning a silver medal in Boys 11-12 Tumbling was Maurice Dunker (Rockford, IL) and Megan Sangalli (Pekin, IL) added a bronze medal in Girls 17-18 Tumbling.  The total medal count for Team USA in the three-day event was eleven, with fourteen other U.S. athletes making finals. -Sep-05 – The U.S. proved to be strong in double mini on the second day of the International Age-Group Competition in Eindhoven, Netherlands.  Kristen Young (Lubbock, TX) joined the ranks of gold medalists, taking first in 11-12 Girls Double Mini.  Lauren “Rae” Buchweitz (Liberty Township, OH) took the silver medal in 17-18 Girls Double Mini, while Courtney Osborn (Eagan, MN) captured the bonze in Boys 11-12 Double Mini. -Sep-05 – Team USA took a gold, two silvers and a bronze in the first day of competition at the International Age-Group Competition.  Savannah Vinsant (Lafayette, LA) won 11-12 Girl’s Trampoline, Kaci Barry (San Diego, CA) and Steven Gluckstein (Atlantic Highlands, NJ) each took silver in 15-16 Double Mini, while Chelsea Courtney (Crestview Hills, KY) and Jenna Tomeo (Cincinnati, OH) paired to take bronze in 17-18 Girl’s Synchro.  More…

International Age-Group Competition Begins

-Sep-05 – The International Age-Group Competition begins today in Eindhoven, Netherlands.  The competition is fierce in all age-groups, with over 1600 athletes from 30 countries taking part in this 17th IAG event, held every other year in conjunction with the World Championships.
