USA Gymnastics National Team Training Center Educational Opportunities
These USA Gymnastics educational opportunities will take place at the USA Gymnastics National Team Training Center at the Karolyi Ranch in Huntsville, Texas, which is designated by the U.S. Olympic Committee as a U.S. Olympic Training Site. Below are the camp details.
- JO Level 9-10 Camp - November 7-10, 2012
- Women's Junior Olympic Team Coaches Course (W300) and training camp– May 23-26, 2013
- Women's National Coaches Course (W400) and training camp- May 26-29, 2013

- Developed by USA Gymnastics Women's Program National Team Coaching Staff, the course is designed to provide coaches with a solid knowledge base for coaching. This course is a required University course needed for certification as "Junior Olympic Team Coach."
- Curriculum includes: *Skills and Progressions to train Jr. Olympic Athletes level 6/7, *Tools to develop solid basics on all events, *Proper Body Shaping, *Lesson Plans, *Hands on Spotting techniques, *Lectures in the areas of Psychology, Sports Medicine, Strength, Conditioning & Flexibility and Periodization.
