If you suspect criminal activity may have occurred (you don't have to be 100% certain but you should have a reasonable belief that a crime may have occurred), immediately contact your local authorities so they can investigate. Please, do not keep this to yourself – if it turns out not to be true, that's ok. But if it turns out to be true and you didn't report it, children could get hurt. |
