Question: What body parts/bones are under the most stress in gymnastics?

Gymnastics, unlike most all other sports, is a total body fitness training program. The simple answer to this question might be, The body part that is receiving the most work out is the body part that would be under the most stress. A balanced approach to training will minimize the stress to any one particular body part.
