2010 T&T J.O. Championships Program Ads

EARN $$$ FOR YOUR TEAM!!

ADVERTISING FOR THE 2010 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS PROGRAM WILL BE SPLIT 50/50 WITH THE TEAM SELLING THE AD!

June 1 is the deadline to turn in ads for the Nationals program. As always, this is a great way to earn money for your team. You sell the ads and keep half the money!

Program ads may be purchased by businesses, teams, parents or other interested parties. They may include digital photographs, clip art, etc. All ads must be submitted in one of the following formats:

ADOBE ACROBAT (PDF), JPG, WMF, GIF

Be sure to name the document your team name and the size of the ad (e.g. - kathys-gym-ad-qtr-pg.jpg). All pages of the program are in color this year, so please send color ads.

For just $20 extra, we will create the ad for you, if you wish. Just tell us the size of the ad, the words you want to use, making sure to spell all names/team names correctly, and send any digital pictures you wish to include. Ads are e-mailed or may be submitted on a disk or cd.

Here's how it works:

  • SELL THE PROGRAM ADS - The team collects money and all information for each ad.

  • SEND PAYMENT - Send half of the money collected, plus $20 if we create the ad, and the Payment Form to Cathy Allen at the USA Gymnastics National Office in Indianapolis. Payment should be in the form of one team check, money order, certified check or credit card. See the payment form for complete information on submitting payment. ALL PAYMENTS (not the ads) AND THE PAYMENT FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED TO CATHY ALLEN. DOWNLOAD PAYMENT FORM. DEADLINE IS JUNE 1!

  • PAY YOUR TEAM - The other half of the money is retained by the team selling the ads.

  • SUBMIT THE PROGRAM ADS - The ads are submitted by e-mail to Kathy Tyler at the Program Office in Texas. Note that all pages of the program will be printed in color this year, so please submit color ads. Please send a separate document for each ad. If you want us to create the ad for you, you may e-mail the wording and attach any pictures you want to use. ALL ADS (not payment) MUST BE SUBMITTED TO KATHY TYLER at ktyler@usa-gymnastics.org or on a cd by mail to Kathy Tyler, P.O. Ad prices are as follows (Teams keep half of these amounts):

INSIDE COVER 8.5"x11" (FRONT OR BACK) (inside covers are sold on a first-come, first serve basis) $400.00
FULL PAGE 8.5"x11" $300.00
HALF PAGE 7.5"x4.85" $200.00
FOURTH PAGE 3.6"x4.85" $100.00
EIGHTH PAGE 3.6"x2.3" $50.00
ONE-LINERS (UP TO 12 WORDS) $15.00
EACH ADDITIONAL WORD $1.00

Businesses should understand that purchasing an ad is considered advertising expense, not a contribution. If businesses wish to donate money, contributions must be made to a non-profit organization such as USA Gymnastics or a booster club.

Be sure to include a $20.00 charge for any ad we create for you. THE $20.00 CHARGE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE MONEY FOR THE TEAMS. THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THOSE CHARGES WILL BE PAID TO USAG T&T.

USA Gymnastics reserves the right to refuse any ad deemed inappropriate.
