INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 11, 2012 – With tickets to the 2012 Olympic Trials – Gymnastics in San Jose, Calif., June 28-July 1, set to go on sale to the general public tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 13, USA Gymnastics plans to celebrate by giving away five pairs of all-session tickets to the Olympic Trials via Twitter.
Fans can enter to win the tickets through two avenues. First, three pairs of tickets will be given away to randomly selected fans who retweet USA Gymnastics’ on-sale announcement on Twitter.
Second, two more fans will be randomly selected to receive the final sets of tickets by tweeting their superstitions to @USAGym, honoring Friday the 13th and gymnastics superstitions, like Danell Leyva’s ‘lucky towel’ and the Cookie Monster stuffed animal shared by Olympic medalists Elise Ray and Dominique Dawes.
Entries will be accepted until 9 a.m. ET on Monday, January 16th with all five winners announced shortly after.
All participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
