Effective October 1, 2011 - Level 10 and Jr. Elite athletes who wish to mobilize to the next level must achieve the designated mobility requirements at Winter Classic, Elite Challenge, State Championships, Regional Championships, J.O. National Championships and Elite Nationals Championships in order to mobilize.
