USAG Brevet Course Eligibility Form:

All current USAG Brevet rated judges (also any current FIG Brevet judges) who wish to be considered for invitation to the 2013 USAG BREVET Course must complete the USAG Brevet Course Eligibility Form and submit it to your Regional Technical Chairman during the month of December in 2012.

National Judges Course Eligibility Form:

Eligible judges: All current National rated judges, and All Level 10 judges who have held a Level 10 rating for eight consecutive years (held a Level 10 rating by Dec. 31, 2005 and renewed their Level 10 rating by Dec. 31, 2009 for the 2009-2013 cycle)
Please complete the National Course Eligibility Form and submit it to your Regional Technical Committee Chairman during the month of December 2012.
