The program for junior individual gymnasts will consist of 4 exercises with 4 of the 5 apparatus (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon). The rotation of apparatus is as follows:

The program for Junior Group will consist of 1 exercise with a one apparatus:

The Exercise
Groups of Elements:
Fundamental Groups: Leaps/jumps, Balance, Pivots, Flexibilities and Waves
Other Groups: Travelings, Skips, hops, swings, circles and turns
** regarding Isolated Difficulties
- tour lents on the knee will not be permitted in the junior exercise
- pivots on the knee will not be permitted
There must be equal work with the left/right hand (50% on each hand)
Penalty for not having equal work on left/right hand = 0.50points
Groups must have 4 exchanges (minimum)
Technical Value
Each exercise must contain a maximum of 14 difficulties to a maximum of 8.00 points
The value of the total difficulties is determined by the addition of the compulsory body difficulties (6 minimum) and plus maximum 2 difficulties from each of the non – compulsory technical groups
Note: For Group, the body groups, must be used equally.
The compulsory body movement groups for each apparatus are as follows:

In each exercise, each difficulty is counted only once. Repetition of a difficulty will not be counted, except in the specific case concerning a series of leaps.
Artistic Value
Artistic value will be judged from 10.00 points maximum
1.0 points for Music
9.00 points for Choreography
2.00 points maximum for the Basic Choreography
7.00 points maximum for the Special Artistic Characteristics (CAP)
Score Calculation
Execution Judge (E) 0 – 10.00 points maximum
(the judge gives only the total penalties)
Artistic Judge (A) 0 – 10.00 points maximum
( in part by addition)
Difficulty Judge (D) 0 – 8.00 points maximum
( in part by addition)
The final calculation is completed by adding the execution (10 points) + the final composition (A+D divided by 2 ) = Maximum 19 points
