Starting in 2010 there will not longer be Regional Elite Qualifiers or Regional Elite Training Camps. There will be 4 Zone Qualifiers that will offer Compulsory competition only and 4 Zone Elite Training Camps. The following are the 4 Zones and the Zone Administrators assigned:

• Zone #1 - (Regions 1 & 2) - Justin Howell
• Zone #2 - (Region 3) - Ashly Baker
• Zone #3 - (Regions 4 & 5) - Enrique Trabanino
• Zone #4 - (Regions 6, 7 & 8) - Tony Retrosi
