These complexes and skills are designed to be implemented into the daily training schedule to improve the fundamental movement quality of our athletes with the goal of reaching the expectations of international gymnastics.

USA Gymnastics is the National Governing Body (NGB) for the sport of gymnastics in the United States, consistent with the Ted Stevens Olympic & Amateur Sports Act, the Bylaws of the United States Olympic
