ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The No. 2-ranked University of Michigan women's gymnastics team swept all four events and the all-around to improve on its program-best start, taking down Illinois for the 36th consecutive time, 197.350-195.100, on Saturday (Jan. 19) inside Crisler Center.

#3T Florida 197.300, Missouri 194.625 - Jan. 18, 2013
GAINESVILLE, Fla. - A perfect 10.0 on uneven bars for junior All-American Mackenzie Caquatto highlighted No. T3 Florida gymnastics' (2-1, 1-1 SEC) win Friday in front of a Stephen C. O'Connell Center crowd of 5,753. The Gators turned in a season-best 197.30 while Missouri also posted a season-high total 194.625.

NORMAN, Okla. - The No. 3 University of Oklahoma women's gymnastics team knocked off No. 11 Denver in the Sooners' home opener, defeating the Pioneers 197.325-195.850 on Friday in front of 2,389 fans at the Lloyd Noble Center.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The No. 6 ranked Alabama Gymnastics team opened its 2013 home slate with a decisive 196.575-195.525 win over No. 5 LSU Friday night in Coleman Coliseum in front of 13,912 fans.

LINCOLN, Neb. - The No. 7 Nebraska women's gymnastics team swept all four events and the all-around competition en route to a 196.700-192.100 win over conference foe Michigan State (0-2, 0-1 Big Ten) on Saturday evening.

ATHENS, Ga. - Senior Christa Tanella tied two career highs with 9.875s in both bars and floor to help 8th-ranked Georgia defeat No. 24 Auburn 196.05-195.7.

LEXINGTON, Ky. - More than 5,600 fans witnessed University of Kentucky gymnastics history on Friday night inside Memorial Coliseum as the No. 14 Wildcats defeated the No. 9 Arkansas Razorbacks in convincing fashion, 195.5-193.075.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State women's gymnastics team posted a 194.300 overall score to earn a third-place finish in its home opener in Rec Hall on Saturday night.

PITTSBURGH - The Pitt gymnastics team recorded a 195.625 in just their second meet of the season, marking their sixth-highest score in school history and their highest score since 2004. Pitt challenged No. 17 Maryland throughout the meet, but fell just short as the Terrapins scored a 195.975.

DURHAM, N.H. – Making her first appearance on floor exercise this season, Kayla Gray (Buffalo, N.Y.) equaled her personal best with a 9.850 to help propel the University of New Hampshire gymnastics team to a 193.850-193.525 upset victory over No. 19 North Carolina State on Friday night at Lundholm Gymnasium.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The Navy gymnastics team opened the 2013 season on Saturday at Macdonough Hall in Annapolis with the Navy Open. No. 4 Penn State ran away with the title by posting a team score of 440.9.

CHICAGO – Jason Gaides posted a pair of team-best scores on rings and horizontal bar, as the UIC men's gymnastics team wrapped up competition Saturday night at the Windy City Invitational inside the Physical Education Building. The Flames placed sixth after combining for a team score of 401.600.
