Club Roster List

This page provides a club with the ability to obtain a listing of the club's current Athlete and Introductory Athlete Members, including athlete numbers.

Obtain Club roster

You will need:
  • 6-digit Club number and Club Password
    OR
  • 6-digit Professional Member number and individual password
Note: To receive a club password please send an email to membership@usa-gymnastics.org requesting the password. A response will be provided in 24 business hours.
Instructions:
  1. Club Roster – click this link to log into the database to complete this search
  2. Enter your Club ID/Password or Pro ID/Password
  3. Once you have logged in, you will be brought to the search page
  4. Only enter your Club Number in the search fields. Do not enter additional information because it may not return the correct search results.
  5. Click Submit
  6. The search will display a list of Athlete and Introductory Athlete members affiliated with your club.
  7. Print this page for your records
Examples: "I need a list of my athlete numbers."
If you want to pull up your club's or another club's athlete roster, simply enter the club number (DO NOT FORGET THE ZERO IN FRONT IF APPLICABLE!), then click submit. The database will pull up a listing of all current athlete memberships affiliated with the club number indicated. You may print this listing and take it with you to any USA Gymnastics sanctioned event as valid proof of membership for your athletes.

"I need to check if a certain athlete has a valid member number."
If you want to pull up a single athlete's membership information, simply enter the last name and first name in the respective fields. Click submit. This will pull up the membership information on the athlete selected. You may print the information and take it with you to any USA Gymnastics sanctioned event as proof of membership for that particular athlete.
