Faces In The Gym - March 2011
 Sophia Groth, 7 years old from Lake Ridge, Va., is a Level 5 gymnast who has competed in five meets this season and has won all five all-around titles, the last four meets scoring 38+. She was the all-around Level 4 state champion last year with a 38.600 total score. She is coached by Juan Carlos and Loreto Palma at NOVAKS gymnastics.

 Tahni Weeks, 7 years old from Indianapolis, Ind., is a Level 4 from Sportastiks. At the State Meet she scored a 9.55 on vault, a 9.30 on bars, a 9.45 on beam, a 9.525 on floor for an all-around score of 37.825. She was State Champion on every event and also helped Sportastiks Level 4 team win the title. She is coached by Dianne Roland and Shelly Niswonger.

 Kayleigh Walsh is a 17-year-old prep optional from Arcadia Gymnastics in Beaver Falls, Pa. She has won or placed second on floor at every meet this season. Kayleigh is looking forward to finishing out her senior season at sectionals and states. After graduation, she plans on staying involved in the sport by coaching and judging.

 Taryn Weeks, 9 years old from Indianapolis, Ind., from is a Level 4 from Sportastiks. At the State Meet she scored 9.500 on vault, 9.550 on bars, 9.675 on beam, and 9.475 on floor. Her all-around score was 38.200. She is the 2011 State Champion on Vault. Runner-up on floor, beam and in the all-around. She helped Sportastiks' Level 4 team to a State Championships title. She is coached by Dianne Roland and Shelly Niswonger.

 Maeghan Baldwin, from Fairfield, Ohio, trains Level 5 at Cincinnati Gymnastics and is coached by Rachael Tracy. On March 12, 2011 Maeghan scored her highest all-around this season placing first on vault, bars, and beam taking first in the all-around with a 37.425.

 Katelynn Cummins, from Deveau's School of Gymnastics in Fishers, Ind., is a 2011 Indiana State Champion, for Level 5, Age 10 Jr. A. Katelynn took first place on bars, beam, floor, and in the all-around with a score of 37.925. She is coached by Mandy German and Dave Stiles.

 Camryn Weeks, 14 years old from Indianapolis, Ind., is a Level 7 from Sportastiks Gymnastics. At the Indiana State Meet she scored 9.475 on vault, 9.625 on bars, 8.900 on beam, and 9.500 on floor. She is the 2011 State Champion on bars, floor and is the 2011 all-around State Champion with a 37.500. She is coached by Dianne Roland, Shelly Niswonger, and Carie Minshal

 Cory Smith, 10 years old from Huntington Beach, Calif., scored a perfect 16.0 on his Level 6 parallel bars routine at the Southern California State Championships. In addition to claiming the parallel bars gold medal, he won the gold on rings with a score of 15.55, and placed fourth overall in his age group with a total score of 89.75. Cory is a member of the boys' Level 6 gymnastics team at SCATS Gymnastics. He's coached by Albert Avchian and Grigor Chalikyan.

 Jaden Gammon is an 8-year-old Level 4 competitor from Franklin, Ind. She placed second in the all-around at the Indiana State meet. She is a member of the Indiana Gymnastics Center and is coached by Chandi Robinson.

 The KMC Boy's Gymnastics Team from Kennett Square, Pa., earned the title of "Super Team" at the 2011 Pennsylvania State Championship. Boys from 27 teams, ranging in age from 6-18, competed and KMC had the highest score of all of the teams at the competition. KMC Boys Team is coached by Victor Kolesnikov, Dave Hirst and Brian Narvaez.
