Alexandrea Theisen, 9 years old from Bartlett, Tenn., trains at River City Gymnastics since age 5 and is now a PrepOp 1 Silver. She is currently coached by Anna, Amy, Kendal, and Rachel. Her favorite events are beam (where she placed at State Meet) and floor. She says she loves it so much she would go everyday!

Samantha Tattoli, 11 years old from Livingston, N.J., is the 2010 New Jersey Level 6 State Champion for the 11 year old division. She scored a 9.475 on vault, a 9.025 on bars, a 9.4 on beam, a 8.75 on floor and a 36.65 in the all-around, her highest all-around of the season. Samantha trains at Go For the Gold Gymnastics Center and is coached by Elizabeth and Geniek Pulkownik and Jaime Galindo.

Deanna West is a Level 4 gymnast at All American Gymnastics in Savannah, Ga. She won first all around, first on vault, bars, and beam at the Level 4 State Meet. She is coached by George Gorgoi and Sam Brown.

Jessica Decoteau is a Prep Intermediate team member at Sterling Gymnastics in Sterling, Mass. She visits the Cliff Walk in Newport, R.I. during school vacation week. Jessica competed at the Wilkey's Meet in Tewksbury where she won first place in the all-around.

Paige Ortiz, 11 years old from Gresham, Ore., competes as a Level 4 at NW Gymnastics Training Center and is coached by Danita Rigert and coach Melody. At the Oregon State Championships she finished first on bars, floor, and beam, fourth on vault, and first all-around with a 38.325.

Blair Lajudice, a Level 7 gymnast, won the all-around title at the 2010 Maryland State Meet with a score of 36.025. She also won first on beam with a 9.1 and first on floor with a 9.325. Blair also won the Level 6 all-around title in 2009. She attends North Shore Gymnastics in Elkton Maryland and is coached by Sarka Simacek.

Ivan Alpizar, 10 years old from La Habra, Calif., is a Level 6 gymnast and placed first all-around at the 2010 Region 1 Championships in San Diego, Calif. He is coached by Sameera Ekanayake at Eric Will Gymnastics.

Rachel Groberman, 11 years old, is a Level 6 rhythmic gymnast from California Rhythms. She won seventh place in the all-around at the 2010 Junior Olympics. She is coached by Irina Zhurenko.

Emily Munjar, 7, competed as a Level 4 rhythmic gymnast at the Junior Olympics/Classics in Beaverton, Ore. She is coached by Nadine Davies and Jayme Vincent at Oregon Gymnastics Academy and she just got promoted to Level 5.

Katelyn Karmeris, 9, 2010 Level 4 first place bar champion with a score of 9.55; Rebecca Wiese, 8, Level 4 2010 All Around Champion with a score of 37.175 and a first place on vault (9.375) and bars (9.5); Emery Copley, 8, is the 2010 Level 5 All Around Champion with a score of 37.60, and first place on vault (9.15), bars (9.8), and floor (9.7); Emily Robinson, 9, Level 4 All Around Champion with a score of 37.35 and a first place on vault (9.475) and bars (9.55); and Annie Bete, 9 , Level 4 2010 first place floor champion with a score of 9.55.

Caroline Balcita was the overall Florida Rhythmic State Champion for Level 3 Child C. She trains at World Rhythmics and is coached by Mila Harty. Caroline also won the Florida Suncoast Sports Festival and the Golden Ribbon Invitational (GA) Level 3 Child C events. Caroline fell in love with rhythmic gymnastics after watching it on TV from the Beijing Olympics.

Nina Ricci, 13 years old from Pittsfield, Mass., is a Level 6 from Gymfest of the Berkshires. She won the Level 4 state title in 2008, the Level 5 state title in 2009 and the Level 6 state title this year. She scored a 9.4 on vault, a 9.675 on floor, and a 37.075 all-around to win her third state title. She is coached by Stephanie Pickard.

Jordan Charles, 10 years old from Howell, N.J., competed as a Level 5 in the Starlight Invitational in Boston, Mass., on March 14. She took first all-around with a score of 38.275 and was also first on vault (9.475), beam (9.900) and floor (9.900) and second on bars. She trains at NorthEast Elite in Lakewood, N.J., and is coached by Ryan Goen and Eric Duquett.

Masha Chaadayev, 10 years old from Mundelein Illinois, is a Level 5 rhythmic gymnast. She trains at Gym Spot and is coached by Milena Sladkov. Masha got first all-around in Regional Championship in Minnesota for Region 3. She also got first in ball, second in floor, fourth in hoop and fifth place all around in her age division at Junior Olympics in Oregon.

Jacob Shuboney, 8 years old and the Level 5 State and Regional Champion, has been training for three years under coach Karl Jaanimagi with Upstate Gymnastics. As State Champion Jacob took first place in parallel bars and floor with an all-around score of 91.6, and as Regional Champion he scored 90.8 in the all-around; placing first on rings and floor.

Mallory Puscheck, a third grader from Pittsford, N.Y., won the Level 6 New York State Championships. Mallory won the age 9 all-around title, finishing first on all four events. Mallory's all-around score of 39.10 was the best for all age groups at the championships. In 2009, Mallory won the Level 5 championship as an 8-year-old and qualified at the diamond level for TOP's. Mallory trains at Rochester Gymnastics Academy where she is coached by Youlia Penev.

Ken Ivy, 14 years old from Menomonee Falls, Wis., won the Wisconsin Men's Gymnastics Level 5 all-around title with a score of 86.400. He placed on every event, recording his highest scores of 14.600 on floor and vault. Ken is in his first year competing. He represents Wildcard Gymnastics, which fielded its first ever boys team this year. Ken is coached by Candace Wittrock and Dominic Gutierrez.

Alexandra Dauphin, a Level 5 rhythmic gymnast from Tennessee, participated in the J.O. Compulsory Championships. She qualified to represent Region 6 at the Junior Olympics where she placed first in her age group and third in the region at the regional championships. At the Junior Olympics, Alexandra placed third in hoop and seventh in floor in the Child B age group. Alexandra is coached by Vita Kvitko Bachman, founder and head coach of Nashville Rhythmic Academy.
