Biography:
Gymnastics experience since 1968 as competitor, coach, judge, club owner, director, recreational athlete, and administrator. I am currently the Recreation and Facilities Director and Risk Manager for a small Silicon Valley City in northern California. National Safety Instructor for USA Gymnastics since 1992, chair of the United States Elite Coaches Association, and author of four "Best Practices" books for gymnastics professionals. Served USA Gymnastics as a member of the National Safety/Risk Management Review Board and the National Pre-School Advisory Committee and receieved USA Gymnastics Educational Services Award in 2007, and USA Gymnastics Club Services award in 2009.
