Jeff is the Founding President of Kids First Sports Center which at 108,000 sf, 150 employees and 4500 students is the largest operation of its kind in the USA. Additionally, Jeff is Founding President of The Metzger Small Business BOOT CAMP, a 4-1/2 day, total-immersion workshop having well over 1,000 graduates from USA, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa and Switzerland. Jeff and Penny have five happy, healthy responsible children and 7 grandchildren.
