Biography:
Paula Lord, PMA-CPT has spent more than 25 years coaching gymnasts. She was an elite athlete, has a degree in Physics, and is passionate about preparing young athletes for the possibility of elite training and competition and a living a pain-free life. Her gymnasts have become Olympians, professional dancers and lifelong lovers of the sport of gymnastics. This program was created and implemented in one of the country's largest gymnastics schools. The program's success was evident in the team's consistent competitive results and the athletes' longevity while using P10P.
