Biography:
I grew up competing in gymnastics in south Florida where I attained the Elite level. I went on to compete for the University of AL and earned my business degree. A career ending knee injury my Sophomore year lead me to explore other avenues of fitness which helped me seek out my current career as a Personal Trainer. I have been involved in the sport of gymnastics as a coach or judge since 1989.
