Biography:
Bertina has led numerous workshops nationally and internationally with her husband, Ken. She has presented at USA Gymnastics congresses nearly 50 times. She teaches Mandarin Chinese at the secondary level. She is a former collegiate gymnast, judge and choreographer and has coach levels 4-10. Formerly an elementary teacher she worked with children from special needs to the highly gifted. Bertina has received nearly a dozen academic awards, has a Master's degree (Summa Cum Laude) plus thirty credits in educational psychology. She was a PhD candidate. Mother of two girls.
