Biography:
Laura Fuller has been working with people's souls through their bodies for seventeen years. She directs several programs in Embodied Gymnastics, Adaptive Yoga & Gymnastics and children's yoga in addition to doing individual therapy. She has a Masters in counseling psychology, and is a hypnotherapist and polarity therapist. Laura's focus is the interface of the body, mind, and nervous system and how movement can be used to create strength, resiliency, and healing on all levels.
