Biography:
Bindee Eberle is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is the author of the e-book Sports Nutrition for Gymnasts and Gymnastic Athletes and produces a weekly subscription newsletter, EATfit! to teach all athletes to eat better for their sport.
