Biography:
Awakener; "Fear liberator"; "Sparkplug". Since 1997, Alison has been the Peak Performance consultant to USA Gymnastics. Doc Ali is an international presenter and author of several books and mental toughness training manuals including, "The Athlete Warrior: Advanced mental training for the advanced athlete." She was also seen on Vh1 in "Scott Baio is 45 and…Single", "Scott Baio is 46 and…Pregnant", and "Charm School". She is the founder of the first mental toughness training program on-line for athletes, Head Games Web Camp.
