J312 Beginning Optional Skill Evaluation: Beam Acro is a video online course. This course is part of a series of courses for judges and coaches to review basic level optional skills and evaluate for technique and deductions. The goal of these courses is to train judges to recognize and apply appropriate deductions. The event will be presented to include multiple examples of the same skill in regular speed and slow motion with voice over description. Each course will allow the judge to print a one hour CPE (Continuing Professional Education) credit.

The course will take approximately one hour to complete.

This course is great for coaches and judges.

Additional Course Information
There may be up to 72 hours lag time before your course registration is activated. You should receive an email from USA Gymnastics granting you access. You will return to J312 log in with user name and personal password—which you created, and then have access to "BEGIN HERE".

If you do not receive an activation notice within 72 hours, please contact USA Gymnastics Educational Services. You will have access to the course for 30 days from the date of activation and may access the course as often as you wish during that period.

USA Gymnastics University
The J312 Beginning Optional Skill Evaluation: Beam Acro is an elective course available for 1 hour of CPE in the School of Judging. This course is only available for CPE one time.

Upon completion of the course, members can print out a certificate of course completion on their USA Gymnastics "My Membership" page. This certificate can be used in conjunction with your registration confirmation as necessary documentation for proof of CPE credit.
