B302 - Business Foundations 4
Course Description
This B302 course is the "next step" for experienced Program Directors, General Managers or Expansion Phase Owners.

This advanced course continues to focus on:

  • The seven key business systems--providing even greater detail and education
  • Business systems and strategies
  • Internal and external marketing
  • People management--hiring, employment handbooks, position descriptions, evaluations
  • Company information files and databases
  • Pricing strategies
  • Space allocation and productivity
  • Security and emergency planning
The course will take approximately four to five hours to complete. At the end of the course, participants will be required to take an exam. Users must pass the exam at 75% or better and have an unlimited number of tries to pass the exam.

The B302 Business Foundations 4 is a required course in the School of Business in the USA Gymnastics University.

Upon completion of the course, members can print out a certificate of course completion on their USA Gymnastics "My Membership" page.

Individuals must register for this course through USA Gymnastics in order to receive University credit for the course.
