Course Description
This is a BRAND NEW course to USA Gymnastics University! This intermediate course is perfect for business owners, directors, front office staff…your entire staff.

This course covers:

  • Customer service basics
  • Raising the customer service bar
  • The future of customer service
The course will take approximately four hours to complete. At the end of the course, participants will be required to take an exam. Users must pass the exam at 75% or better and have an unlimited number of tries to pass the exam.

The B202 Creating An Outstanding Customer Service Culture course fulfills elective requirements in the School of Business in the USA Gymnastics University.

Upon completion of the course, members can print out a certificate of course completion on their USA Gymnastics "My Membership" page.

Individuals must register for this course through USA Gymnastics in order to receive University credit for the course.
