The Acro Coaching Videos include four out of five events for Levels 4-6 in the discipline of acrobatic gymnastics including women's pair, men's pair mixed pair, and women's group*. The coaching videos serve as a supplement to the Acrobatic Gymnastics J.O. Code of Points. Videos are to be used for training purposes at the developmental levels and to aid new and pre-existing gymnastic coaches with skills performed in the discipline of acrobatic gymnastics. Instructions and demonstrations given for each event are examples of how to build each pair/group skill. Entry and exit into pair group skills may vary unless specified in the skill descriptions in the Acrobatic Gymnastics J.O. Code of Points.

The required compulsory pair group skills, in the respective level and event, have been filmed. The videos are listed in order as they appear on the diagram forms and can be found on the right side of each video player. To view each video simply drag the computer mouse over the desired video and click. The video will begin to play.

The respective event diagram form is linked at the top of page. In addition, the pair group requirements page is provided from the Acro JO Code of Points. Athletes and coaches, who are serious about developing acrobatic skills, will benefit greatly from the acro coaching videos.

*Men's Group will be added at a later time and date.
